She finds out that Rohit doesn't know how to swim. Sonia notices that he's drowning and comes to save him and bring him back to shore. Rohit tries to save her, but he is unable to. At that point, Sonia accidentally slips on a rock and falls into the ocean and she tells Rohit to save her because she is unable to swim. The search party came and left and he calls her names, they also push and attempt to kill each other. They also even fight because Sonia took the flag off and used it to catch fish for dinner, was used to signal. During their time on the island, they continue to fight. Both of them pass out and the lifeboat gets separated from the ship and floats to an island. Rohit tries to coax her but they have a row and he too gets drunk. This makes Sonia jealous and in a fit of rage, she gets drunk on and sulks on a lifeboat. The happy group board the cruise ship and have a wonderful time until the girls try to flirt with the Rohit who is immensely good looking. After Rohit sings for her, Atul, who is Malik's son and Sonia's friend invites him on a cruise to perform. Another chance meeting leads Rohit and Sonia to meet again at her birthday party. Unknown to everybody, including Rohit and Sonia, Saxena and Malik are running a drug cartel with help of two corrupt police officers. When Rohit goes to deliver a car to her home, they meet again.
